The Herold firm results, of the separation of Spartus Camera Co in two new companies in 1950. Itself was going to change name into 1956, to become Herold Products Co. Inc., then in 1960, to become “Spartus Corporation”.
This miniature camera (Minicam) is one 127, format 3 X 4 cm. My model bearing the name “Herold Mfg.” was thus manufactured between 1951 and 1956.
